Why was part of my free credit converted to a deposit?
Selected ROOPLAY free-credit and mission cards use a conversion rule instead of paying the full cleared amount directly. Daily ROOPLAY Free and the Giveaway can convert up to 5% capped at AUD 50 to valid deposit, while daily missions convert balances below AUD 20. The converted amount enters the valid-deposit balance; whether it qualifies for another promotion depends on that later offer's own entry conditions.
What counts as bonus abuse at ROOPLAY?
Under the published terms, abnormal betting patterns, bonus abuse and side betting can freeze and zero a promotional balance, and buying features or free spins with bonus credit or saving free credits forfeits it.
When do ROOPLAY bonuses reset or expire?
Reset timing depends on the offer. Daily ROOPLAY Free and Rollover Rebate have a confirmed 10:00 PM Perth-time reset; weekly missions reset Sunday at 10 PM Perth time; monthly missions reset on the 1st at 10 PM Perth time; Weekly VIP updates every Monday; and Extra Win resets hourly. Download App Bonus and daily deposit missions are confirmed as daily claims, but their exact reset time is not frozen in the current evidence.
